The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Seville. As a family, we enjoy sharing a room with the kids - room good size for this. The room decoration was poor and the place needs painting and refitting - it is not a 4 star hotel - everything seems worn especially furniture and soft furnishings in room. |

The location, we like the rooms, the bathroom, the building itself It is slowly deteriorating. Several fixtures don't work or look shabby (fancy reading lights, can`t open window, reception sofas' stuffing coming out, etc.) |

Free internet access, good location We had a very small and dark room with almost no natural sun. We could see what other guests were doing in rooms opposite our minimalistic window. We could hear all the noises from other rooms including toilet flashing. Cleaners were entering the room although we have left ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door. Hotel staff was not helpful or accommodative. |
